HIP HOP TRANSCENDS
Chreece Hip Hop Festival is Indianapolis’ flagship hip-hop festival—an all-day, all-ages celebration of music, culture, and unity. Held across 8 stages in the heart of historic Fountain Square, Chreece draws over 5,000 attendees annually. 2025 marks our 10th anniversary, and we’re going bigger than ever with headliners including Smino, Audrey Nuna, Mavi, and Trackstar the DJ of Run The Jewels.
Founded in 2015 by artist and community leader Oreo Jones, Chreece is more than a music festival—it’s a movement rooted in legacy, place-making, and cultural equity. We’ve proudly partnered with organizations like GANGGANG, the Indiana Fever, the Indiana Pacers, WWE, the WNBA / NBA All-Star Arts & Culture Committee, and Indy Sports Corp, and have been recognized as recipients of the Cultural Visionaries Award in 2024. We have invested over half a million dollars in over 700 artists since 2015, establishing our city as a new powerhouse of cultural innovation.
